You can enrol at any time. However please note that no transfers/refunds are possible with less than 7 days notice.

Training programs are held in different locations for your convenience. The more popular venues are located in Clayton, Moorabbin and Lysterfield. Should you require us to tailor make a program for your organisation and deliver it at your organisation/a venue of your choice please contact us for details.

Yes you do. All participants are given a certificate of completion on successful completion of the training course.

This depends on the nature and the purpose of the course. Please ask us at time of enrolment.

We strive to avoid cancelling courses. However if a course has low enrolments we are sometimes compelled to cancel. We usually give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. In the event of a course being cancelled full refunds will be issued to all enrolled participants.

You may cancel your enrolment at any time. However to be eligible for a refund Applications for Refunds must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the training. An administrative charge of $66.00 applies to all refunds. All refund and associated fees and conditions apply to each and every training session from which you withdraw.

Participants transferring to another course will be charged transfer fee of $33 and notice of Applications for Transfers must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the training session. Only one transfer per enrolment for a particular program may be made. All transfers must be taken within a 12 month period.
