Our courses are open to everyone. Age restrictions may apply to some courses, please inquire for details.
How much do the programs cost?
Course Prices depend on the course selected and the duration of the course. All prices quoted are GST inclusive.
Are there any discounts/concessions available?
Yes. All students and pensioners are entitled to a 10% discount. Relevant proof needs to be provided at the time of enrolment and commencement of course. We also have loyalty discounts and training specials available. Please ask us at the time of enrolment.
How can I enrol?
By Mail: Please print out and complete the enrolment form and send with full payment. We will mail you a confirmation of enrolment and full course details. Please complete your full card details if paying by credit card. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to ‘Redac Pty Ltd'. By Phone: Please ensure you have read all the enrolment conditions, then call our bookings line on 1300 738 770 with your credit card details to enrol over the phone. Confirmation of enrolment and your receipt will be posted out to you. Online: Please complete our online enrolment form and we will contact you to confirm your booking. As our web site is being updated at present we currently do not have facilities for secure online transactions, so your credit card details will not be requested until we contact you to confirm your booking. Online enrolments are only available if you intend to pay by credit card and your details will be required when we contact you to confirm your booking.
Can I enrol in advance for training programs?
Yes you may. In fact we encourage early enrolments to avoid disappointment, especially for our more popular courses.
When should I enrol?
You can enrol at any time. However please note that no transfers/refunds are possible with less than 7 days notice.
Where are training programs held?
Training programs are held in different locations for your convenience. The more popular venues are located in Clayton, Moorabbin and Lysterfield. Should you require us to tailor make a program for your organisation and deliver it at your organisation/a venue of your choice please contact us for details.
Do I receive a certificate at the end of my training?
Yes you do. All participants are given a certificate of completion on successful completion of the training course.
Are there exams/assessments at the end of the training?
This depends on the nature and the purpose of the course. Please ask us at time of enrolment.
Are programs cancelled and if so do we get notice?
We strive to avoid cancelling courses. However if a course has low enrolments we are sometimes compelled to cancel. We usually give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. In the event of a course being cancelled full refunds will be issued to all enrolled participants.
Can I cancel my enrolment at any time?
You may cancel your enrolment at any time. However to be eligible for a refund Applications for Refunds must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the training. An administrative charge of $66.00 applies to all refunds. All refund and associated fees and conditions apply to each and every training session from which you withdraw.

Can we transfer to another course?
Participants transferring to another course will be charged transfer fee of $33 and notice of Applications for Transfers must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the training session. Only one transfer per enrolment for a particular program may be made. All transfers must be taken within a 12 month period. All refund and transfer fees and conditions apply to each and every training session from which you withdraw.
Do you accept credit card payments?
We only accept Visa and MasterCard.
Can you customise training for specific organisations/groups?
Yes. We customise training based on organisation and group needs. Please contact us for an obligation free discussion.
How much would customised training cost?

Do you have one on one training/coaching?
Yes we do. We have qualified trainers/coaches who coach individuals on a one on one basis. For more information and pricing please contact us.
